There are a number of guessed at percentages that govern gameplay. Here are tested values:
1) Crit %:
From FR:
20150222 25% 2x rate -> 34% tested crit rate
From BR:
20150219 14% 2x rate -> 32.6% tested crit rate
20150219 24% 2x rate -> 61.1% tested crit rate
20150219 25% 2x rate -> 62.1% tested crit rate
Approximate formula:
BR actual crit %=~2 x C x (1 + C), C=crit % expressed as .24 etc.
2) LC Taunt:
20150220 Likelihood of single hitter hitting LC with no taunt:43.0%
20150220 Likelihood of single hitter hitting LC with regular taunt: 59.1%
20150220 Likelihood of single hitter hitting LC with heavy taunt: 67.9%

3) Heavy Dodge/Taunt:
FR: WCD (heavy dodge), Slave Statue (heavy taunt) BR: empty LC: Snug (heavy taunt)

5) Grey Warden bonus damage vs. Blighted:
20150301 A number of Grey Wardens say that they get bonus damage vs. Blighted, but now how much damage. Generally the damage is 25%, unless otherwise specified. n.b. NH gets no bonus
6) Fortification:
20150315 Tested for T4 Leg (1*, 2*), Epic and Rare toons only: numbers are % of the T4 Gallery value for both Power and Health
unforted: 30.77%
4 T1 Epics: 54.1%
4 T4 Epics: 60.2%
4 T1 Legs: 73.4%
5 T1 Legs: 84.1%

FR: 2 Devouring Corpse BR: Skeleton Archer, Hurlock Bolter LC: PD(regular taunt) 75/127=59.1%
FR: 2 Werewolf BR: 2 Dalish Hunter LC: Snug(heavy taunt) 76/112=67.9% hit Snug
Targeting may change depending on empty slots
46/102=45.1% hit GO throughout the entire fight which included times when toons had died in my slots. More testing would need to be done to confirm this as the 45.1% includes hits when the FR was full.
3) Heavy Dodge/Taunt:
FR: WCD (heavy dodge), Slave Statue (heavy taunt) BR: empty LC: Snug (heavy taunt)
3/104=2.9% hit WCD
38/104=36.5% hit SS
63/104=60.6% hit Snug
Unrecorded observations are consistent with column hitters are behaving very similarly to single hitters around targeting.
This shows the extreme power of heavy taunt on a non-LC toon in combatting column hitters. This thread outlines the counter.
