  • Red Lyrium long bow

    Today i equip RLR long bow for my joshie but when she killed enemy i dont see any damage happen ( like when wryme retaliation ) or the 2% damage count into her attack already ? and how does this mechanic stack lets say i have 4 bull edge will it be 20% damage or it separate and only work or owner ?

    update my team just hit asha team with about 377m damage and every enemy dont even lose any hp only asha lose literally 3 HP is this mechanic bug ? 2% of 377 is like 6-7m damage right ? so why whole enemy team not dead ?

    and you guys know what funny ? my wryme hit asha for like tons of damage 1 shotted her and she retaliation my team to dead in 1 shot lol

    Whom she killed, what kind of gear was on killed unit and so on. Ability works normal. We have checked several times.

    Retaliation works another way, and devs know about this bug. It retaliate not incoming damage, but % of current power of unit. So incoming damage could be 1 point, so retaliation would inflict 1 point of damage to attacking unit, but 5m to not attacking units, becase they aren't cursed and drained and their power is 20m in current moment if retaliation is 20%

    I guess in your situation Wryme was cursed and drained, so whole your team was dead after his attack except him

      what you mean by Whom she killed ? the bow said when unit killed deal 2% damage to enemy right ? so lets say josie kill X unit with 1m damage it will deal 20k hp to other unit right ? and does this mechanic stack ?

        Keep in mind that "damage received" when a unit is killed ends up being whatever the target's remaining health was, plus 20% of anything extra. The retaliation or explosion damage is then based on that significantly lower number.

        So if something deals 100,000 damage to a unit with only 4,000 damage left, the damage received is (4,000 + ((100,000-4,000)*.2)) = 23,300.

          No it really doesn't and we never said it did. That was purely speculation by the community but this is not what we have experienced in testing in a clean environment.

            i still dont understand this mechanic

            my joshie 1 shot enemy with 5m damage and other team mate enemy took literally 9 damage

            and that same match my wryme hit asha for 14k damage and something killed my who team but left wryme unharm and later 1 wryme solo 2 asha and win it happen to me few times with asha team already

                    This is still not what we are experiencing while testing in a clean environment, without all the extra variables of other mechanics and gear getting in the way. There is something else going on here, and it's not as simple as you are trying to make it sound, but based on all of the testing we have done, we see no error.

                      I am not here to argue. But we have tested without any specific gear such as extra defender or others. If you want, I can calculate all mechanics if video is not enough.
                      I guess, when you have tested Ashas all enemies were cursed, so you have not seen how deep rabbit hole goes.

                      Upd: if you want I can put 4 ashas without gear, dm without gear and enemies without gear. You'll see same result

                        Cursed DM dealt 7321 damage to front ashas, back ashas receive less, because of extra dr gear. So she should get something about 4392 damage back by retaliation of 4 Ashas (60%), but she got 6788 damage back. Maybe damage resist is now counting. So others should get same damage something between 4300-6800, but cursed AC received 10868 and non-cursed AC 324364 damage. Only one and logistical explanation - reversed damage based on their power. I mean, if they cursed they recive less than if they would not be cursed. Besides non cursed AC received x750 higher damage than should.

                          Thank you.

                          However, as we have stated now multiple times, we are not seeing this behavior in our testing environment running under clean circumstances. The mechanic in question is working as designed.

Moderators are here to uphold and enforce the Terms of Service.                           Right to Privacy
                          You will not violate a person's privacy by publishing against another members will, information that is private and personal. Nor will you post private communication between EA Capital Games Support, other forum members, moderators, community managers, administrators, EA Capital Games employees, or partners of EA Capital Games on these forums or anywhere else.

                          Unless expressly endorsed by EA Capital Games, publicizing any correspondence of a private nature such as support tickets, email, Private Messages (PM) or chat logs thereof by any medium is NOT permitted.

                          Discussing or posting of another players spending habits will be deleted.


                          Spamming
                          Obvious spam (repetitive nonsense posts) will result in the poster permanently banned and all posts deleted.


                          Porn
                          Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene is not permitted on these forums.

                          Topics/posts containing such will be deleted on sight. Forum poster will be permanently banned from the forums.


                          Warez
                          Providing or asking for information regarding the illegal downloading of "warez", "gamez" or any other software protected by copyright.


                          Future Events/Promotions
                          Any posts or threads revealing future events or promotions that were not disclosed by the Capital Games team will be deleted.


                          Cross-posting
                          Posting the same question in more than one forum is not allowed. Should this occur, then only the thread in the most relevant forum will be left open; all others will be locked/closed and subsequently deleted.


                          Cheating
                          The use of any exploits or known bugs or editing of files in order to gain an unfair advantage while playing, will result in a permanent game and forum ban.

                          Accusing another player of cheating will result in your post/thread being deleted and a message sent to you, stating to refrain from further accusations. If continued accusations occur, a forum ban will result. If you believe a player to be cheating, send a PM to the Community Manager with as much detail as possible.

                          Please privately contact the Community Manager in order to submit an inquiry regarding this behavior.


                          Off-Topic Posting
                          Taking over a thread by posting excessively off-topic is not allowed. Off-Topic posts and any responses will be moved to their own, new thread if possible, or else deleted.


                          Political Posting
                          Because political beliefs, like religion, are a personal and sensitive topic, avoid posting about politics on the forums.


                          Customer Support Inquiries
                          All inquiries regarding Customer Support should be routed through the online web portal for support. The Community Manager and Moderators are unable to assist with inquiries regarding support tickets. Posting your ticket number and requesting assistance on the forums will result in the post being deleted. Sending a Private Message to the Community Manager or Moderators about CSR Inquiries is not to be tolerated, and will be ignored.

                          Additionally, all interactions with Customer Support are considered confidential, and all issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. As such, posts containing transcripts or results of your interactions with Customer Support will be edited or deleted.


                          Violation of these terms is grounds for removal from EA Capital Games games and a report to Facebook.


                          What should I do if I see objectionable material on the forums?
                          It is important that members recognize the real-time nature of this forum: the moderators cannot always monitor the contents of posted messages, and as such depend upon you to inform them when participants or their messages are violating our policy as stated here. You must also recognize that they cannot respond immediately to such notices and that some time may pass before any warranted action is taken.

                          What happens if I break the rules?
                          At best, your post will be edited by one of the moderators and you will be issued a warning. If the offense is more serious your post will be deleted. Posting "why was my post edited/deleted?" etc. will only make matters worse, so please don't. If a moderator has not sent you a message stating why, please send the Sr Moderator a message asking for a reason.

                          Should you have already been issued warnings and continue to break the rules, you will be issued an infraction - your posting privileges will be disabled for three days, but you will still be able to view the forums as a guest.

                          For persistent and deliberate rule-breakers your account will be "Banned". That means you are no longer welcome on these forums and/or games and your account will no longer function in them. If you re-register, your new account will be banned as well.
