    The following characters are Spirits and Demons (fade inhabitants) from the Dragon Age universe. I invite others to suggest and write sheets if they wish.

    What do you think of these hero suggestions?
    How would you feel if these heroes were added to the game?

    Faith Evangeline (3* Legendary). ​Affiliations: Spirits, Templars, Chantry, Orlesians. Faction(s): White/Blue. Initiative: Slow. Abilities: Attacks all enemies, Heals all allies a large amount. +25% Health and Power and +10% damage resist to Spirits, Templars, Chantry, Mages (stacking). +50% Power drain and Health curse resist to allies. Allies gain very small health and power when Evangeline is hit, Medium on death. Absorbs 25% AOE damage. Deals 25% bonus damage vs demons, 50% vs Lambert Van Reeves. Spirit Cleanse: Removes all debuffs (stun, slow, power drain, and curse) from allies. (Faith Evangeline suggested and written by fenrirwolfe. Thank you fenrirwolfe for the write up).

    2. Prideful Wisdom (1* Legendary) {name and star value subject to change}[Version 1}. Affiliations: Demonic, Spirits. Faction(s): Blue/Black or Large Creature. Initiative: Quick. Abilities:
    1st round, she attacks in the spirit from — 0 damage (wisdom spirits are not fighters), increases power on allies at 75% of her own. 2nd round, she attacks in the demon form (if she survives) — AoE damage, drains 25% of power. +10% damage reduction for demons and spirits, additional 5% for Solas. Allies deal 10% bonus damage vs Apostates. Suggested maximum power: 15000. Suggested maximum health: 42000. (Prideful Wisdom, from the quest "All New, Faded For Her!" suggested by Ellana. Thank you, Ellana ​for the suggestion and write up).

Immune to power drain, slow, and stun. +50% power and health curse resist to demons. +25% stun resist and +35% Health to demons. Walking Bomb: 20% chance to inflict Walking Bomb; heroes afflicted with Walking Bomb "explode" on death and deal damage to allied heroes. Abilities: Attacks all with a medium chance to heavy drain. +75% stun resist and Slow immunity to demons. +35% Health for demons and forbidden ones (stacking). +10% Damage Resist to demons. Passive drain immunity to forbidden ones. Gaxkang the Unbound (Arcane Horror form) takes 25% less damage from Mages. Hex: 50% chance to inflict Hex; Hexed enemies have no Damage Resist. Suggested maximum health: 24783. Suggested maximum power: 12788 (Gaxkang Arcane horror v2 written by DUMAT with assistance from Third_Monti. Thank you DUMAT for the write up).

    6. Sloth (3* Legendary). Affiliations: Demons, Mages. Factions: Blue/Black. Initiative: Slow. Abilities: Attacks all enemies without damaging them with a 75% chance to slow, and 50% chance to stun. +50% health for demons, extra 15% for Uldred. +50 % stun resistance for demons 100% for Uldred. +35% curse resistance for demons, extra 25% power curse resistance for Uldred. -25% stun, slow, power drain and curse resistance for enemies. Absorbs 15% AoE damage if he and allies are hit​. Allies gain small power and health when this hero is hit. Power of the Fade: If target is slowed or stunned, sloth does 150% real damage. Suggested maximum power: 14373. Suggested maximum Health: 43677. (Sloth written by DUMAT. Thank you, DUMAT, for the write up).

    7. Spirit of Justice (2* Legendary). Affiliations: Spirits, Warriors. Faction(s): Blue/White. Initiative: Quick. Abilities: Attacks single enemy, curses power, then attacks all for 50% damage and drains small power from all. Allies gain a small amount of power. Immune to Stun and Power Drain. +50% stun and power drain resist to Spirits. +20% damage resist to allies from Spirits, Demons and Mages. (Spirit of Justice written by Melissa Hayes. Thank you Melissa for the write up).

    8. The Highest One (2* Legendary). Affiliations: Elves, Demonic. Faction(s): Back/Blue. Initiative: Quick. Abilities: Attacks a column twice with 25% chance to slow or stun. +35% health and +50% power for demons. Maximum suggested Power: 8500. Maximum suggested Health: 35 000. (The Highest One written by Ellana. Thank you Ellana for the write up).

    9. Pride Baroness (2* Legendary). Affiliation: Apostates, Blood Mages, Demonic, Mages, Orlesian. Faction(s): Large Creature. Initiative: normal. Abilities: Attacks a row with a chance to stun and then attacks all and drains power. Gains a small amount of power when any hero is hit. Pride Baroness has 50% all curse resist. +50% Health and Power to Demons. +10% damage resist to Demons. -10% power to enemies. (Pride Baroness, written and suggested by Third_Monti).

    10. Fearling (1* Legendary). Affiliations: Demons. Faction: Black. Initiative: Quick. Abilities: Attacks a single enemy 3 times, then attacks self. +10% bonus damage vs white faction, black faction, nobility, templars, warriors, and rogues (stacking). More likely to attack the lowest power enemy. +15% damage resist to demons, double to Nightmare and Nightmare Aspect. Maximum suggested health: 10375. Maximum suggested power: 15110.     11. Giant Spider (1* Legendary). Affiliations: Creatures, demonic. Faction(s): Red/Black. Initiative: Quick. Abilities: Attacks a column with a 50% chance to stun and slow; deals 2.5 X damage to enemies with 50% health or less. +35% power and health to spiders and demons (stacking). (Giant Spider written by Third_Monti).

    12. Fade Burning Man (2☆). Affiliations: spirit, [(warrior, mage, rogue) all three or any one of the three]. Faction(s): Blue/Red. Initiative: Quick. Abilities: attacks a column with a 35% chance to stun then attacks all cursing health. +35% power and power curse resist to wardens, double for Fade Forms. -10% power to demons. (Fade Burning Man written by Third_Monti).

    13. Fade Golem (2☆). Affiliations: spirit, warrior, golem. Faction(s): Blue/White. Initiative: Slow. Abilities: attacks all with a 75% chance to stun and slow. Gains +3% damage resist when hit. Grants 2% damage resist to allies when hit. +60% health and health curse resist to wardens, double for Fade Forms. -10% damage resist to demons. (Fade Golem written by Third_Monti).

    14. Fade Spirit (2☆). Affiliations: spirit, mage
    Faction(s): Blue. Initiative: Slow. Abilities: attacks one with a 75% chance to stun and curse power. Gains a medium amount of power when hit. Grants 1% damage resist to allies when hit. +50% power and stun resist to wardens, double for Fade Forms. -10% stun resist to demons. (Fade Spirit written by Third_Monti).

    15. Fade Mouse (1☆). Affiliations: spirit, mage. Faction(s): Blue/Red. Initiative: normal. Abilities: Does not deal damage; on turn heals allies a medium amount and removes curse (or stun if the curse removal impossible). Gains a medium amount of power when hit.* +25% health, power, and all resist to wardens, double for Fade Forms. -10% slow resist to demons. (Fade Mouse written by Third_Monti).

    If anyone else has other Spirit or Demon unit ideas please feel free to write them down in posts. If you like, you can even copy for style.

    just gonna expand on this idea. as I've already pitched this on another thread (consequently derailing it. sorry about that, monti) anyway:
    I propose a Spirit of Faith possessed Ser Evangeline.

    Faith Evangeline
    3* star legendary

    Affiliations: Spirits, Templars, Chantry, Orlesian. Faction(s): White/Blue. Round: Slow
    Abilities: Attacks all enemies, Heals all allies a large amount. Unique Ability: spirit cleanse - removes all debuffs (stun, slow, power drain, and curse) from allies.
    25% Health and Power and 10% damage resist to Spirits, Templars, Chantry, Mages (stacking)
    50% Power drain and Health curse resist to allies, Allies gain very small health and power when hero hit, Medium on death.
    Absorbs 25% AOE damage. (25% bonus damage vs demons, 50% vs Lambert Van Reeves)

    *can have synergies with Rhys, Cole, Shale, and Wynne - open for suggestions*

    Lore Background: (spoilers)
    Ser Evangeline de Brassard was the knight-captain of the White Spire in Orlais prior to the events leading to inquisition. A gallant woman choosing the life of a templar albeit born to minor nobility.
    She became one of the best templars of the order, once chosen as the Divine's escort. She joins Wynne's quest along with Rhys, Adrian, Shale, and (at first, unknowingly) Cole. She eventually becomes an ally of the Mages in their rebellion (being the only templar in the spire to do so), and although she was able to hold her own against High Seeker Lambert, she was ultimately killed...only to be resurrected by the last act of Wynne, the transference of the Spirit of Faith.

    feats: Able to fight toe to toe with High Seeker Lambert, Defeated Jeannot--a senior enchanter turned blood mage, Held off a Horde of Demon possessed corpses

    The Spirit of Faith itself is one of the most powerful benevolent spirits in DA lore. it was the spirit that has always watched Wynne and resurrected her when she fell in the Ferelden Circle of Magi. It prolonged her new life and gave her time and power to help the Warden stop the fifth blight. Wynne became a renowned Archmage and continued to pursue her own agendas with more freedom compared to most mages at the time, until the spirit was transferred to Ser Evangeline during the Mage Rebellion.

    feats: Capable of resurrection via possession, A great source of Mana, Grants "vessel of the spirit" ability to its host--restores health and power, and defeated a powerful demon in its own realm by itself.

    (The idea here is for evangeline to expand on SoF's abilities but also subsequently narrowing its focus on the factions she stands for as she is now in control of the spirit)

                    All New, Faded For Her! yep she's another example of a spirit being corrupted into a demon. but she reverts back into being a spirit of wisdom right before she dies. an interesting potential toon, you could write a sheet for her.

                      But if I can just day dream about her dual-nature, I can imagine something like this

                      E.g., 42K health, 15K Power max, normal round.
                      Tags: Demon, Spirit, and probably Elves.
                      Blue-black basement.
                      1st round, she attacks in the spirit from — 0 damage (wisdom spirits are not fighters), increases power on allies at 75% of her own.
                      2nd round, she attacks in the demon form (if survives) — aoe damage, drains 25% of power.
                      Aura: 10% damage reduction for elves, demons and spirits, additional 5% for Solas. Allies get 10% damage vs Apostates (as the mages who corrupted her were Apostates, if I'm right).

                      Or we can just have two incarnations of her - in Demonic and Spirit/Elven form.

                      Is it too complicated?

                        From the other side, probably her health should be lower or we'll have an OP tool in some cases.
                        E.g., low health, high power, quick round. Attacks first in demonic form, if survives turns into spirit and provides huge power increase to all allies

                              Third_Monti Do you remember her spirit form? It was an elven woman, she spoke elven, and lore-wise many spirits of wisdom had connection with ancient elves. I've added an alternative balance, btw: E.g., low health, high power, quick round. Attacks first in demonic form, if survives turns into spirit and provides huge power increase to all allies

                              Bonus to Elves can be omitted, of course

                              Cross-posting
                              Posting the same question in more than one forum is not allowed. Should this occur, then only the thread in the most relevant forum will be left open; all others will be locked/closed and subsequently deleted.


                              Cheating
                              The use of any exploits or known bugs or editing of files in order to gain an unfair advantage while playing, will result in a permanent game and forum ban.

                              Accusing another player of cheating will result in your post/thread being deleted and a message sent to you, stating to refrain from further accusations. If continued accusations occur, a forum ban will result. If you believe a player to be cheating, send a PM to the Community Manager with as much detail as possible.

                              Please privately contact the Community Manager in order to submit an inquiry regarding this behavior.


                              Off-Topic Posting
                              Taking over a thread by posting excessively off-topic is not allowed. Off-Topic posts and any responses will be moved to their own, new thread if possible, or else deleted.


                              Political Posting
                              Because political beliefs, like religion, are a personal and sensitive topic, avoid posting about politics on the forums.


                              Customer Support Inquiries
                              All inquiries regarding Customer Support should be routed through the online web portal for support. The Community Manager and Moderators are unable to assist with inquiries regarding support tickets. Posting your ticket number and requesting assistance on the forums will result in the post being deleted. Sending a Private Message to the Community Manager or Moderators about CSR Inquiries is not to be tolerated, and will be ignored.

                              Additionally, all interactions with Customer Support are considered confidential, and all issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. As such, posts containing transcripts or results of your interactions with Customer Support will be edited or deleted.


                              Violation of these terms is grounds for removal from EA Capital Games games and a report to Facebook.


                              What should I do if I see objectionable material on the forums?
                              It is important that members recognize the real-time nature of this forum: the moderators cannot always monitor the contents of posted messages, and as such depend upon you to inform them when participants or their messages are violating our policy as stated here. You must also recognize that they cannot respond immediately to such notices and that some time may pass before any warranted action is taken.

                              What happens if I break the rules?
                              At best, your post will be edited by one of the moderators and you will be issued a warning. If the offense is more serious your post will be deleted. Posting "why was my post edited/deleted?" etc. will only make matters worse, so please don't. If a moderator has not sent you a message stating why, please send the Sr Moderator a message asking for a reason.

                              Should you have already been issued warnings and continue to break the rules, you will be issued an infraction - your posting privileges will be disabled for three days, but you will still be able to view the forums as a guest.

                              For persistent and deliberate rule-breakers your account will be "Banned". That means you are no longer welcome on these forums and/or games and your account will no longer function in them. If you re-register, your new account will be banned as well.

                              Posting Suggestions
                              In the attempt to create a compromise where everyone is happy, the following suggestions are also recommended:

                              1. Be civil and courteous. This forum is visited by people from all over the world, of different ages, genders, religions, and backgrounds, and are each entitled to their own opinion.
                              Also, see Flaming, Right to Privacy, and Hatred.

                              2. Make sure that your message topics fit the topic description of the forum in which you are posting. This is for your own benefit - for example, a question regarding a bug or problem should be posted in the Feedback section.

                              3. Use the search function before posting, particularly if the question is problem oriented. Most technical questions have been answered before, and solutions are freely available.

                              4. Make sure that you have followed #3 before posting

                              5. Read the sticky threads at the top of each forum - they are there for a reason, and generally contain information relevant to the forum.

                              6. Don't quote the entire message that you're responding to, only the pertinent passage. This makes it easier to read for other users.

                              7. If you find it easier to express yourself en français, auf Deutsch, en español, in Nederlands, in Italiano, or any other language, post in the International Discussion forum. Hopefully someone who speaks the same language as you will be able to assist you. All posts in other sections (non-International) of the forums must be in English, so please make use of Google Translate if you need assistance with translation. Posting in English will allow the widest range of people to assist you.
