    Still not working...... aargh!!! Very frustrating. Please help, something isn’t right. Followed all the directions on ticket, plenty of space.

      Or, you know, maybe it was the weekend. And maybe we've already addressed this in several places with what to do in order to resolve the issue. We've stated repeatedly there are no plans to retire HoDA on mobile platforms.

      Please don't immediately turn hostile against the development team - that's not a good way to get us to respond to you, especially not in a positive way. Generally the more hostile you become, the less likely we are to address your concern until we have time to deal with your hostility. We had the release last week, and obviously we were very busy with that. Just because we aren't responding immediately to every post provided on the forums doesn't mean that we aren't responding at all or that we don't care. What it DOES generally mean is we are working on resolving issues and developing the game. Every minute we have to spend responding to questions and concerns that we've already responded to is a minute we can't work on resolving the issues or developing new things. Please take it upon yourself to read the responses we have provided.

      You can subscribe to me directly so that you don't even have to wade through all of the forum posts, and can see what we've responded with and where by viewing your subscriptions.

      We do not have any issues reported by our servers for connectivity or assets or any of the usual suspects. Therefore, the issue lies somewhere between your device and our servers. As we've repeatedly advised, please be sure you are on a very stable connection while performing the large download after the installation. It is recommended that you are on your home WiFi, and not a data plan or public WiFi, as these can be unstable or limited in bandwidth. Even a small disruption can cause the connection to fail. If this does happen, you can force close the application (you will need to check your device OS for how to do this) and then relaunch the application, and this will pick up the download where it left off. Eventually it will get through.

      Continuing to reinstall will start the process all over again from the very beginning, so just do a force close and relaunch.

        Firstly,I posted it very early Thursday morning,so,it seems we haven’t the same definition of «*week-end*».

        Secondly,if you answer posts about bug based on the supposed «*hostility*» of the post,it is,at least,a very strange way to prioritize the problems!And,if being hostile isn’t the best way to get an answer,not being answered,or being answered on the same tone than the first part of your message,isn’t the best way to convince players to put some money in the game...And,anyway,you quoted me,but I’m clearly not the only one concerned.

        Thirdly,if it is the same people who answers the posts and who works on resolving the bugs...It explains a lot of things.

        Now,to the problem I reported:I’m on my home Wi-Fi,it works well for anything else(surfing the net,updating other apps,using app store,watching vids on youtube...),and I’ve force close the application several times on pad and phone,I’ve too tried to force close,then reboot it,with no changes.Haven’t tried to DL again the whole app,it is what you adviced me when I reported the problem some months ago and that haven’t work either(but trying several times has worked,which isn’t the case anymore).

          If you've had the problem long before the current release and you're still having the problem, and you've had it resolve at some point in between there only to be back again now, this definitely is indicative of the issue being somewhere between your device and our servers, as we haven't done anything to "correct" this. As explained, we've not had any errors within our system related to this, so please keep trying. I'm sorry there's not a better answer for you.

            Until now,after trying again and again,it will resolve itself and finish the DL.However,since the last patch,this way doesn’t help anymore...And considering other posts here,I’m not the only one affected.

            I’ll keep trying from time to time,in case your server/netcode starts to work again(as HODA is the only app not working,I’m totally sure it’s not my devices which have a problem);if not...Well,too bad as I’ve fun building my current teams,but HODA isn’t the only mobile game I’m playing.

            Problem not solved for me,but enough time spent about it.For other people impacted here:I hope you’ll find a way to resolve it;if yes,please post here to let other people know an eventual workaround.

              Have tried everything, read all of the suggestions and can’t Download. It’s only the HODA app. I have excellent and stable home wifi. Forced shutdown doesn’t work.

                Finally got it to work using an unsecured Wifi at a public building. Suggest you try this even though your home internet is faster and more stable.

                  Hi @Lyeshal,
                  I have the same problem on 2 devices : iPad and iPhone. After at least a week trying on my iPad, it finally worked. Can't count the number of time I tried, the DL stopping always at the same moment.
                  I am still trying for my iPhone, without success at the moment.

                  Many people, and many devices for same account, I think the problem doesnot come from the device nor the wifi connection.

                  It is not the first time : on every release, there is a problem. But last time, it needed several try, but I could get the update in a day.
                  This time is worst, so I think this update is maximizoing an existing problem.

                  Does the size of the app has grown ?
                  Does your response time getting worse ?

                  I don't know what parameter has changed, but I think this is a major issue, that will cause people stop playing the game.
                  First with me : tomorrow, won't at home, so can't play on my mobile, and it is the guild war.... if I can't play decently, I am going to quit.

                  Even though these are forums to allow free expression of ideas, there are other (real) people involved and one should respect their opinions and questions as ORIGINALLY POSTED IN THE TOPIC HEADINGS. Moderators are here to uphold and enforce the Terms of Service. Freedom to express your ideas, concerns, suggestions, and feedback, does not allow you the freedom of saying anything you want when you agree to the Terms of Service.

                  Unless otherwise stated, courses of action will be as follows:

                  Providing or asking for information regarding the illegal downloading of "warez", "gamez" or any other software protected by copyright.

                  Future Events/Promotions
                  Any posts or threads revealing future events or promotions that were not disclosed by the Capital Games team will be deleted.

                  Posting the same question in more than one forum is not allowed. Should this occur, then only the thread in the most relevant forum will be left open; all others will be locked/closed and subsequently deleted.

                  The use of any exploits or known bugs or editing of files in order to gain an unfair advantage while playing, will result in a permanent game and forum ban.

                  Accusing another player of cheating will result in your post/thread being deleted and a message sent to you, stating to refrain from further accusations. If continued accusations occur, a forum ban will result. If you believe a player to be cheating, send a PM to the Community Manager with as much detail as possible.

                  Please privately contact the Community Manager in order to submit an inquiry regarding this behavior.

                  Off-Topic Posting
                  Taking over a thread by posting excessively off-topic is not allowed. Off-Topic posts and any responses will be moved to their own, new thread if possible, or else deleted.

                  Political Posting
                  Because political beliefs, like religion, are a personal and sensitive topic, avoid posting about politics on the forums.

                  Customer Support Inquiries
                  All inquiries regarding Customer Support should be routed through the online web portal for support. The Community Manager and Moderators are unable to assist with inquiries regarding support tickets. Posting your ticket number and requesting assistance on the forums will result in the post being deleted. Sending a Private Message to the Community Manager or Moderators about CSR Inquiries is not to be tolerated, and will be ignored.

                  Additionally, all interactions with Customer Support are considered confidential, and all issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. As such, posts containing transcripts or results of your interactions with Customer Support will be edited or deleted.

                  Violation of these terms is grounds for removal from EA Capital Games games and a report to Facebook.

                  What should I do if I see objectionable material on the forums?
                  It is important that members recognize the real-time nature of this forum: the moderators cannot always monitor the contents of posted messages, and as such depend upon you to inform them when participants or their messages are violating our policy as stated here. You must also recognize that they cannot respond immediately to such notices and that some time may pass before any warranted action is taken.

                  What happens if I break the rules?
                  At best, your post will be edited by one of the moderators and you will be issued a warning. If the offense is more serious your post will be deleted. Posting "why was my post edited/deleted?" etc. will only make matters worse, so please don't. If a moderator has not sent you a message stating why, please send the Sr Moderator a message asking for a reason.

                  Should you have already been issued warnings and continue to break the rules, you will be issued an infraction - your posting privileges will be disabled for three days, but you will still be able to view the forums as a guest.

                  For persistent and deliberate rule-breakers your account will be "Banned". That means you are no longer welcome on these forums and/or games and your account will no longer function in them. If you re-register, your new account will be banned as well.

                  Posting Suggestions
