Having trouble logging into your HoDA Account? Here's a few things you can try to fix it:
Facebook Login is currently unavailable due to Facebook disabling login via embedded browsers. If your account is also bound to Google Play and/or Apple GameCenter, you will still be able to log in using those credentials. If Facebook was your only method of logging in, please contact Customer Support at https://coremobile.zendesk.com/hc/en-us in order to regain access to your account.
1. Make sure you're actually logged into your bound account. Sometimes you can get accidentally logged out through an unstable connection or a network communication error between you, HoDA, and your provider (Google, Apple, Facebook). This generally manifests itself by dropping you into a new game and forcing you to play the tutorial again. Once you have gotten through the tutorial, go to the Gear Icon in the upper right, and select the appropriate login method for your account, and you should be able to get back to your account.

6. You want to switch accounts on your device, but you are connected to both Facebook and GameCenter/Google Play. Make sure you log out of BOTH Facebook AND GameCenter/Google Play from within the game before switching accounts - recommended to log out of Facebook in the game first - in order to avoid the Facebook Conflict screen that often causes people to lose access to one account. It is not necessary to remain logged into Facebook once you have bound the account to Facebook in order to access the game through the browser on your PC. Once it has been connected, it will continue to update and be accessible exactly as you last left it, even if you log out of Facebook on your mobile device.
7. Running Android, and you know you are logged into your Google Play account, but it still seems like your account was reset? Try completely uninstalling the game, removing all Google accounts from your device, rebooting, and then add back your Google accounts and reinstall the game. There appears to be an issue with the Google servers lately that is causing a strange hiccup that manifests by seemingly overwriting your account. This method, while cumbersome, appears to resolve the issue by making sure everything is clean on the device.
Please make a copy of your Player ID and/or Ally Code that is stored somewhere safe. If you should ever lose access to your account and can't get it back by trying one of the methods above, Customer Support will need this information in order to retrieve your account.
